How your key is delivered
All products are digital. Your license key and activation steps are emailed to the address you enter at checkout, usually
within 15 minutes of successful payment and at most 6 hours. Nothing is shipped and there are no shipping fees.
Delivery confirmation
You receive an order confirmation email straight after payment, then a second email with your license key. You can also see your orders in My account.
If your key has not arrived
- Check your spam or junk folder.
- Make sure the email address on your order is correct.
- If your key has not arrived within 6 hours, contact Infinity@antiviruspoint.org or +1-855-535-7753 (Mon–Fri, 9 AM–6 PM). You can cancel for a full refund.
Changed your mind?
You can cancel within 15 minutes of paying, or any time before your key is emailed, for a full refund. See our Refund Policy.
