InfoGuideTickets (InfoGuideTickets.shop, operated by Infinity Solutions) is an independent reseller of digital software license keys.
Nothing is shipped: you receive a license key by email and download the software from the maker’s official website.
This policy explains when you can cancel an order and get your money back.
Cancel within 15 minutes for a full refund
You can cancel any order for a full refund:
- within 15 minutes of paying, or
- at any time before your license key is emailed to you.
To cancel, email Infinity@antiviruspoint.org or +1-855-535-7753 (Mon–Fri, 9 AM–6 PM) with your order number. No reason is needed.
After your key is delivered
Once the 15-minute window has passed and your license key has been emailed, the sale is final, because a delivered key cannot be taken back.
We still refund you in these cases:
- Key not delivered: if you have not received your key within 6 hours of payment, you can cancel for a full refund.
- Key does not work: if your key is invalid or will not activate, contact us. We will send a working replacement key; if we cannot, we refund you in full.
- Charged twice or charged in error: we refund the extra charge in full.
Please check that the product supports your device and operating system before you buy. Each product page lists the platform and number of devices.
How refunds are paid
- Refunds go back to your original payment method through our payment processor, Stripe.
- We process approved refunds within 2 business days. Your bank or card issuer usually shows the money within 5–10 business days.
- There are no cancellation fees and nothing to post back.
