InfoGuideTickets.shop is operated by Infinity Solutions, Jaipur, Rajasthan, India (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what personal information we collect,
why we collect it, who we share it with and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Order details: your name, email address, phone number and billing address when you place an order.
- Payment: card payments are handled by Stripe. Your full card number goes directly to Stripe; we never see or store it.
- Messages: what you send us through the contact form, email or phone.
- Account: if an account is created at checkout, your login details and order history.
- Technical data: basic data your browser sends (such as IP address and browser type), used for security and to run the store.
How we use it
- To process your order and email your license key.
- To answer your questions and handle cancellations and refunds.
- To prevent fraud and keep the site secure.
- To keep records we are required to keep by law (for example, tax records).
- To send you offers by email, only if you sign up. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with services that help us run the store, and only what they need:
- Stripe, to take payments and prevent fraud.
- The software maker or its authorized distributor, when needed to issue or activate your license.
- Hostinger, which hosts this website and our email.
- Mailchimp or Hostinger Reach, only if you subscribe to our emails.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
Cookies
We use cookies that the store needs to work: to keep items in your cart, keep you logged in and let Stripe check payments for fraud.
We do not use advertising cookies. You can block cookies in your browser settings, but the cart and checkout will not work without them.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as tax and accounting laws require. Messages and account data are kept while you remain a customer, or until you ask us to delete them.
Your choices and rights

We may need to keep some order records where the law requires it.

The whole site uses HTTPS encryption, and payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment provider.
Children
This store is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
